New Deal

We at Deliverance realise that due to the present economic situation everyone has to consider any serious monetary outlay. Our problem is that as our boats are completely built in England with 95% English components, we ourselves do not have much leeway when it comes to pricing. We feel that to help our customers, especially in the run-up to the Spring rush when everyone wants their new boat, we have come up with a solution which is very beneficial to all.
£100 deposit for all boats across our existing range, and thereafter £100 per month on a standing order mandate [plus £25 p&p to be added to 1st payment].
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOATS NOW OPERATE ON THE ULTRA RELIABLE AND TROUBLE-FREE 2.4G SYSTEM. All boats have chain drive rollover systems unless specified differently.

Holiday Closure

Email problems

We are currently experiencing some problems with our email facility and this has meant that we have not received all of the emails sent to us. Until such time as this problem can be corrected please contact us by phone and we will do all we can to help you.

Price increase

Date added: 4th August 2011

Due to increasing costs we are having to increase the cost of the boats across the range. Unfortunately, soaring prices mean that we are unable to absorb the increaases as we have been doing. However, prices will not rise until September, so take advantage of this by ordering before the end of August.

Boat catches fish!!

One of our field testers took the boat to a lake in France for a week. On the way back to the bank the boat stopped 'working' and started to go backwards. After a while he managed to get the boat back where he discovered that line had got caught on the prop. He started to unwind the line [which was quite long] only to find that on the end of the line was a 30lb carp!! The boat had been powerful enough to bring the fish in under its own power. Who needs fishermen?!

New 2.4 GHz technology

Date added: 2nd November 2010

Note that all carbon boats will now be supplied with 2.4 GHz technology. We had originally intended to bring this in next year but have decided to move this forward to now.2.4 GHz has numerous advantages including: no frequency clashing with any other boats [totally impossible], over the horizon range, proven reliability all across the model range.
Black boats will still be supplied with 40MHz radio sets - but 2.4 GHz is available at an extra cost.

Battery Care

Customers are still having problems with battery care -both lead acid [main boat batteries] and NiMh batteries [handset batteries]. The batteries we purchase are quality, expensive items. With care, as supplied in the instructions, they will last for many years. To summarise, read the instructions provided carefully and use a tester when possible [available from us or any electrical outlet]. Remember, batteries are expensive while testers are cheap.
